Least Restrictive Service Delivery

Your team will learn the varying service delivery models and how they can rethink their recommendations to build a inter-professional  team-based approach. Topics may include: 

  • SLP/OT/PT shared goals/implementation for classroom participation 
  • SLP/BCBA/Special Education Teacher shared goals/implementation for behaviors 
  • Paraprofessional data collection and implementation of accommodations and goals 

Inclusion Barriers Review

Assess your districts barriers to inclusive practices. These include review of service delivery recommendation, interviews, and asynchronous feedback in order to ensure staff feel safe to share concerns and strengths of your school.  Component will include:

  • Review of service delivery and accommodations 
  • Strengths and barriers for special education staff 
  • Strength and barriers for general education staff
  • Strength and barriers for administration 
  • Recommendations and action steps for providing support within the LRE 

MTSS

Build your tier 1, and tier 2 support for related service providers using innovative approaches and establishing protocols. Lessen the workload of your related service providers by increasing the access to highly-effective learning environments and confident staff. Topics may include:


  • Related services delivery model for tier 2 support in the LRE 
  • Social-emotional/behavioral strategies for whole-school learning 
  • Language strategies for an interdisciplinary approach within academic content areas 
  • MTSS delivery models for preschool, elementary, and middle/high school.

  • Sensory and language strategies to improve learning for moderate-severe learners

Feeding Training

Learn how feeding/swallowing skills can impact school and when/how to support students in the school-based setting. Your team will learn about sensory strategies, motor strategies, and language strategies that can support both feeding and multimodal learning for overall goal development.
