Rebecca has a master's degree in speech-language pathology. She holds a certification of clinical competence in speech language pathology through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a licensed speech pathologist in the state of MA. She additionally has a special education administrator license by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). She is a certified TouchChat trainer, and has training in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) approach to feeding, Talk Yoga, and Dynamic Temporal Tactile Cueing (DTTC).
Rebecca is the founder and owner of Inclusive Educational Consulting, PLLC. She created the organization to expand knowledge, strengthen implementation, and build confidence around inclusive practices across educational and professional settings. Her work is grounded in years of experience supporting individuals with diverse communication and learning profiles, including those who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), have cognitive linguistic differences, and navigate a wide range of social pragmatic and social emotional needs. Through this work, Rebecca developed a deep commitment to inclusive approaches that move beyond awareness and into meaningful practice. She is especially passionate about building systems, frameworks, and curriculum that foster access, belonging, and authentic participation within schools, organizations, and communities.
Alissa has her Master's degree in Special Education for moderate disabilities. She is a board certified behavior analyst, and a licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in the state of MA.
Alissa is passionate about teaching preventative strategies to challenges that may emerge due to underlying social/emotional, communication, and/or cognitive causes. She believes that in training the adults and/or stakeholders in effectively understanding the underlying cause of "behaviors," then we can be more equipped to view them from an empathic and effective lense. Through her many years of public school experience, she is able facilitate collaborative implementation with staff, parents and administrators in order to create successful plans for all students.
Torey has a bachelor's of science in elementary education and a masters of science in special education. Torey has been trained in the science of reading, and has completed all trainings for "Skillful Teaching" through Research for Better Teaching, including "Studying Skillful Teaching", "Making Student Thinking Visible", "High Expectations Teaching", and "Foundations in Teaching".
Torey has extensive experience implementing inclusive teaching practices within the classroom. She has strength setting up her classroom in order to naturally incorporate social, communication, and behavioral strategies. She believes that when children feel welcomed in the classroom, they learn academics and social skills most effectively. She has in-depth knowledge regarding data collection and interpretation within the general education classroom, and social-emotional strategies to promote a sense of belonging.
